My Apartment Still Needs a Couch, But Otherwise...

I've been in my new apartment for a week now, and today is the first full day of being here completely by myself! So far I haven't strayed terribly far from my neighbourhood, and have been focused on getting my apartment fully equipped. I still need a couch and a coffee table, but I have my eye on a particular couch on Amazon that will be purchased as soon as my bank account stops crying.

There is currently a pile of miscellaneous items sprawled across my living room floor that I need to organize. My bedroom is also a sty with all my clothes needing to be organized and put away. But alas, work comes first!

Today is the first day of working in my new office space, and I'm quite enjoying the serenity! I'm relying a little more on unnatural lighting which is to be expected in a basement suite. However, the white walls make it much brighter!

I don't believe I'll be straying out of my neighbourhood much until next week, but when I do I'll be taking plenty of pictures. Until then, I plan to spend my weekend in cozy bliss as I tuck myself up in my blankets and finally start season 5 of Dawsons Creek.
